The Talking Book Club.com also provides a robust engine for reader reviews, which is specifically designed to prevent people who can’t prove they’ve purchased and read your book from leaving a review. Further, if a fraudulent adverse review does somehow manage to get through on one of your books listed in our library, the appeal process to have it removed is not nearly as impossible as with other vendors.
Lastly, The Talking Book Club.com does not accept returns on digital products, so you will never have to worry about someone buying a book, reading it, and then returning it for a refund, unless they contact you and you agree to issue them one.
